Is Life Coaching like therapy?
Coaching is unlike therapy in that it does not focus on examining nor diagnosing the past, instead coaching focuses on effecting change in a client's current and future behavior.
Although there is an intellectual aspect to understanding your life, coaching goes beyond the intellectual and provides an experiential process that brings insights, awareness and the letting go of negative emotional energy.
Healing occurs by processing the negative energy through your body and nervous system, it simply cannot be truly healed by understanding alone!
What does Life Coaching involve?
First and foremost, a true desire for change in your life and the willingness to take that first step! After that, you can schedule an initial consultation to establish what you would like to achieve through the coaching experience. If you determine that Transformational Life Coaching is right for you, then a schedule is set on a weekly or biweekly basis that is approximately 90 minutes in length. Sessions are provided via phone so you can be anywhere in the nation and your Transformational Life Coach is only a phone call away! From there, the coaching experience is personalized to your individual needs. |
